Our Process and How It Works

We deliver our website & marketing support services in 90-day sprints with a combination of planned item and ad-hoc items. All that we do and focus on is with a lens of our G³ Framework to help guide our digital decisions.

We work through a digital presence audit and prioritization excercise that is aligned to the biggest impact items which then helps to extract and validate down to the 2 to 3 most impactful digital campaigns that could be run. With those 2 to 3 digital campaigns defined, we then build, deliver and launch them within the 90-day sprint cycle.

Every 90-day sprint that passes, we gain more and more intel to then help validate which campaigns and tactical items to continue to run and which to pivot from.

How does it work?

Once the right plan is chosen and a project kickoff date is set, we conduct an initial digital presence audit to identify and explore the first digital campaigns and tactical website or marketing items for the first 90-day sprint. Then we start executing on the approved campaigns & items. Weekly or biweekly live huddles, along with monthly progress reports, keep everything clear and moving forward.

GoingClear created their own framework called the G³ Framework as a north star for companies that want to leverage websites & digital strategies to win growth. We believe that at the core, your website can be a clear and powerful driver of growth. After your website is in the right place & optimized, along with having the right foundational items, then the goal is to run and execute the most impactful digital campaigns. These campaigns can fall into three general buckets: Getting Eyes. Giving Knowledge or Growing Pipeline.® Specifically, either focused on getting more eyes from the right channels to your website or giving visitors & users the right knowledge & content to increase conversions, or ultimately, focusing on growing pipeline where we are using website & digital tactics to increase deal opportunities. In summary, during any 90-day sprint we work on together: any digital campaigns, website optimization work, marketing or sales collateral, video, content, or any tactical item delivered is always anchored back leveraging the G³ Framework for guidance & support to clarify where we should be spending our time & energy every 90-day sprint that leverages your website & digital to win growth.

We deliver our plans in 90-day sprints.

Our marketing support plans are suitable for two types of companies. It’s either companies that don’t have a marketing department at all or companies with potentially strong marketing leadership and direction, along with a few marketing team members on staff.  For companies that don’t have a marketing department or staff, we work closely with the CEO or sales team leaders to utilize marketing activities to drive sales efforts forward.  Or for companies that do have a CMO or marketing leadership in place, along with a few staff members, we support their direction and focus on tactical items, such as website support, optimization, digital campaigns, collateral, landing pages, and more.

No long-term commitments. We run in 90-day sprints, so generally it’s just 3 months at a time to commit to. 

We offer three different marketing support plans, listed below, which you can learn more about. The three plans are: Starter, Essentials, and our Plus plan.

There must be clarity around any campaign and tactical item that we work on. For this reason, we typically assign and agree on a success metric for each campaign. From that, we can benchmark against prior results and report on the current state to understand the outcome, as well as help predict and optimize for the next sprint.

It’s a great question, and there is a fine line.  Overall, we like to anchor into the fact that the majority of what we deliver are tactical items. There has to be a certain level of strategy to determine which tactical items to focus on, but we tend to keep our strategy lean, with the execution of tactical items being the majority. We can do this because of our deep experience in digital, web, and marketing, and having done it for both ourselves and our clients for years. We know how to move big impact things forward without spending weeks or days on strategy. For when clients do have bigger asks with the need for robust digital campaign strategies, annual plans, and or quarterly reviews, that does actually take a considerable amount of strategic time to deliver this correctly.
