GoingClear was hired to design and develop a B2B SaaS conversion-focused fresh new marketing website that would increase their website conversion rate as well as align with their recent brand refresh that they went through. With that as a target goal, all other elements fell into place from a clear website & digital strategy, UX planning, web design and UI, web development, content & messaging, along with an optimized WordPress CMS to allow for easy administration. Easy administration was a key aspect as well so that their marketing team could keep marketing, running campaigns, leveraging the website with minimal effort & spinning up new landing pages and flex pages with ease. In addition, we layered in HubSpot as the marketing automation software to support landing pages, forms, tracking, progressive fields, and more. B2B SEO was also an important element for this design & build project, preserving their current authority while focusing on new SEO pillars through the new build-out. Working closely with their VP of Marketing as the main POC, along with the CEO at different times, who attended some of the weekly project huddles, we delivered a successful website launch and continued to help support post-launch in website optimization & support. This enterprise website design project for client Novanta Photonics started with them looking for a partner in the B2B web design and development space that would work closely with them to design and develop their new large lead-gen focused website. One of the challenges with build was that Novanta Photonics acquired four different well known brands in their space that came with their own websites and complex product catalogs as well as each had their own SEO domain authority that needed to be preserved and carried over. Working through this project from the hefty sitemap planning & information architecture phase to the web design phase went well and stayed on track.  The web development coding phase took time to optimize their dynamic content, advanced product catalog flow and ability to edit different components while all in a WordPress CMS. The website also had to support easy integration of Salesforce & and Pardot embedded forms. As their website was launched, website admin training was completed and SEO domain authority was preserved, we then continued to work through B2B SEO marketing monthly to continue to strengthen their website presence in search and rank for key terms and phrases that helped lead gen efforts.

This B2B professional services website project included a few key focus areas that were part of the engagement. GoingClear delivered not only their fresh new modern website but also worked on branding, content messaging & positioning as well as the actual web design, development & HubSpot CMS development & integration. In terms of branding, what we did was deliver a new visual identity for the fantastic team at Heller, which consisted of one new visual identity logo, emblem, and design system with a brand guide. For content messaging & positioning, we worked first to develop a messaging framework & overall core supporting pillars that supported their vision, and then with that direction confirmed; we dove into the actual copy & content for their website pages. Finally, we developed a clear information architecture & sitemap to support their user journeys and worked through the complete design and web development phase. Unique to this project is that we integrated this into their existing HubSpot CMS while focusing on global flexible modules, HubDB for dynamic elements, native HubSpot CTAs, and more. GoingClear initially aligned with HelloTeam to work on a light branding/logo modernization and complete B2B website design & development project, which also included a healthy amount of custom-branded visual graphics & elements to leverage throughout their website within key pages & sections.  During the initial kickoff, planning and design phase, it turned into more where we started to explore related design elements from more branding and collateral to the early discussions around their product UI. Their product UI was a web-based app (web application) that, although it had strong core features and elements, was lacking in the actual UI design. The HelloTeam had strong product marketing and knowledge around the pain and needs of users, so a deep dive on UX research wasn’t required, but more so taking their existing UI and redesigning a fresh new product UI for their web app that aligned with their refreshed modernized branding we worked on and provided that lighter friction free environment for their web app users. It was a pleasure working with their team, and are excited to continue to support them through ongoing website optimization, CRO, and related digital product UI optimization as well.

GoingClear partnered with the Fabreeka marketing team to redesign and develop their new B2B website. Prior to this new site, they had a dated website that had a difficult-to-manage WordPress admin interface and non-mobile-friendly optimized pages. In addition to setting a fresh new design system for their new website and working through custom internal pages for the most high-impact pages, we also created custom search and filtering options for users, as well as a clear backend structure to manage dynamic content and pages that relate to other website elements, such as product documents and collateral.  Outside of those core website features, the project also involved delivering a multilingual website that used English as the primary language, but also offered simplified Chinese, French Canadian, and German language translations. Did we mention this new website had to be fully designed and developed within 5.5 weeks for an important internal marketing initiative they had planned? The project was on track, delivered on time, and the team at Fabreeka was impressive, consistently providing timely feedback and holding ad hoc meetings for review sessions as needed to meet milestone dates. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with the marketing team at Fabreeka and we look forward to supporting their ongoing website optimization needs.
