Full Stack Django & Python Developer

WHAT:
GoingClear, a digital agency founded in 2001 (celebrating 22 years in business as of June 2023) located in Lynnfield, MA is looking for a Full Stack Django/Python Developer for a small contract project working in live production.

WHO:
We are looking for somebody that cares about their code and producing quality work to any web applications that we work on. This would be for an existing project that needs help with a few key areas. 

An ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
• WordPress website editing experience.
• Well organized and detail oriented.

YOUR SKILLS:

• MOST IMPORTANT = Solid experience as a Python Developer
• MOST IMPORTANT = Highly proficient in the Django framework

• Working knowledge of several object-relational mapping (ORM) libraries
• Experience with NGINX web server
• Experience with WSGI service (gunicorn)
• Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. PostgresSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases
• Excellent knowledge of core AWS services, Cloud Computing, and the rest of AWS Tools:
  • EC2
  • RDS
  • S3
• Experience with deploying Python applications into production.
• Good knowledge of version control (i.e. GIT, GitHub, Mercurial, SVN, etc)
• Deploy Using the EB CLI with AWS CodeCommit
• Fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC
• Maintenance integrations with third-party APIs
• Substantial knowledge of the LINUX/UNIX operating system administration

• • Strong notions about networking concepts.
  • Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch
