eCommerce Web Design & Development with Custom Zoho ERP Integration

Lee and Low was searching for a unique web design agency with a combination of deep WordPress CMS development expertise, thoughtful design & UI, along with deep expertise specifically with dynamically populating eCommerce websites from 3rd-party data & API-driven endpoints. Also important was experience with the Zoho API and developing everything within WooCommerce as the e-commerce engine. We kicked off this project together after many thorough discovery and planning calls. Some of the primary goals were to enhance the user experience, refresh and redesign all pages, including marketing and e-commerce pages, streamline the site navigation into a unified nav, and leverage the WooCommerce and Zoho APIs to feed the site. Within the WooCommerce and Zoho APIs, the goals were to dynamically display products, control inventory for both products and collections, manage inventory, process orders by card or PO, and have it all flow into Zoho, their source ERP system. In addition to those needs, accessibility was an important project goal, as well as capturing the overall essence and brand of Lee & Low through this newly refreshed web design.   Thinking back, we had a great experience with the very knowledgeable team and staff at Lee & Low, and we are excited to continue supporting and optimizing their eCommerce website!
